ruthruane: I trained as an apprentice baker from 1989 until 1991 in The Full Moon Bakery, Galway. I set up my own bakery and I also ran and supplied an organic market food stall from 1991 to 1995, and supplied local shops and restaurants. I managed the Rodger Rabitte Bakery and The ABC Bakery from 1998 to 2000. I worked alongside a graphic designer, from 1991 to 1993, and started sign writing and designing in 2001. I studied perfumery with Mandy Aftel from 2005 to 2006 and founded the White Witch trademark in October 2005. I created my first website in 2005 and then learned how to install and manage most CMS and Moodle. I have experience in most ecommerce platforms as well as some knowledge of database and web host management. I have a City & Guilds qualification in business and cyber security and a HACCP certification. I also have a certificate in Hypnosis and NLP.
